What You Need is a Coach
People are often confused about the difference between a coach and a trainer. At Envision, we continually strive to hire and train amazing coaches. Our coaches aren’t only experts in fitness coaching but they have expertise many areas such as nutritional guidance and sport specific training.
All our memberships include a personal coach.

Envision Fitness is your alternative to large and impersonal gyms. We focus on relationships with our members, customer service that exceeds your expectations, and education designed to help you get the most out of your workouts. It’s important to have a workout that meets you where you are.

A great coach can meet you where you are and travel alongside you as you progress to somewhere even further than you imagined.

Here are a few reasons why it’s so important to us to hire and train coaches:

Coaching is a lifestyle

Being a coach goes beyond fitness. We all have hurdles that happen outside of the gym daily,  our coaches aim to make your time in the gym the best part of your day. No matter what else is going on in your life we want our clients to be able to come into the gym and take an hour for themselves.

Our Coaches are experts

Often a less experienced coach will over explain something and not break it down. There is nothing worse than seeing a client walk away feeling defeated because their trainer hasn’t set them up to be successful. We speak client very well and in many different languages.

What does that mean for our clients? It means we’ll help you to get the most out of your workout and take the time to help you hit your goals.

Coaches Provide Solutions

A trainer can create workouts, make you sore and sweaty and is sometimes present for your workouts. A coach is there to provide solutions, help you get results and make you feel better. A coach is never clocked out. Their success comes from your success.
